1. No Financial or Investment Advice

The Trust Scores, security audits, and all other data provided by CryptoIndex are generated by automated programmatic algorithms for informational and educational purposes only.

You should not make any financial, investment, or trading decisions based on the Trust Scores provided by our engine. Always conduct your own independent due diligence before interacting with any digital asset, smart contract, or exchange.

2. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Web3 and cryptocurrency landscape changes rapidly. Malicious actors frequently alter smart contracts, and domains may change ownership. Monexa LLC does not warrant or guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of every audit node or Trust Score displayed. Data is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Monexa LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, cryptocurrency, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Financial losses resulting from interacting with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), or centralized exchanges (CEX) discovered via our search engine.
• Losses resulting from phishing incidents, hacks, or honeypot scams, regardless of the Trust Score assigned by our algorithm.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree to use CryptoIndex only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scraping tools, bots, or any other means to extract data from our platform without express written consent from Monexa LLC. Any attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer our algorithmic engine will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

The CryptoIndex brand, its original content, algorithms, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Monexa LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Monexa LLC.
